How It Works
Share Your Vision:
Let us know what your perfect cat looks like. Simply fill out our Special Order form, providing details such as:
* Preferred breed
* Coat color and pattern
* Personality traits (e.g., playful, calm, affectionate)
* Any additional specifications or preferences
Your dream cat awaits—carefully tailored to match your exact vision.
Consultation:
Upon receiving your request, our team of esteemed breeding specialists will thoroughly review your specifications. We will then reach out to you personally to discuss the feasibility, timeline, and any further details to ensure we align perfectly with your desires.
Advance Payment:
To begin the process, a security deposit of $1000 is required. This amount will be deducted from the total balance due once your reservation is confirmed. This deposit ensures that we prioritize your Special Order, allocating the necessary resources to meet your specific requirements.
The Journey Begins:
Our dedicated team will thoughtfully select a cat that aligns with your specifications. Throughout this journey, we will keep you informed with updates, including photos, videos, and detailed progress reports, so you may share in the excitement of each step.
Bring Your Cat Home:
Once your cherished feline companion is ready, you will be promptly notified. To ensure the smooth coordination of delivery, full payment will be required within 5 business days. This will enable us to make the necessary arrangements for your new friend to arrive safely and comfortably at your home, ready to become a treasured member of your family. Please note, if payment is not received within the specified 5 business days, the security deposit will be non-refundable, and the reservation will be canceled.
Refund & Exchange Policy:
Please note that we do not offer refunds or exchanges for any paid amounts related to a cat, nor can one cat be exchanged for another. We strongly recommend that you carefully consider your selection prior to placing a deposit.
Non-Refundable Deposit:
The deposit is non-refundable. We ask that you be fully committed to adding a new feline companion to your home before placing your deposit.
Assistance & Special Orders:
If your preferred cat is no longer available, we will assist you in finding a similar one, based on features such as breed, color, and face type. Please inquire about our Special Order option for more information. Our representatives are here to help and provide further details.
