Health Guarantee for Kittens

At Amorino Pets we are committed to providing you with healthy, happy kittens. We offer the following health guarantee to ensure your peace of mind when bringing your new feline companion into your home:

1. Health Screening
All of our kittens undergo a thorough health check by a licensed veterinarian before they are offered for sale. This includes vaccinations, deworming, and testing for common feline diseases to ensure they are in optimal health.
2. Genetic Health Guarantee
We provide a 6 months genetic health guarantee on our kittens. If your kitten is diagnosed with a serious hereditary health issue within the first 6 months, we will offer a replacement kitten or a refund, subject to the terms of our policy.
3. Vaccinations and Parasite Control
All kittens are vaccinated and treated for parasites (including fleas and worms) as per veterinary recommendations before leaving our care. We will provide you with a vaccination and health record to keep track of their medical history.
4. Health Guarantee Terms
    * The health guarantee is valid for 6 months from the date of purchase.
    * Any claims must be accompanied by a veterinarian's written diagnosis and supporting documentation.
    * The health guarantee covers only genetic health issues and does not apply to injuries, accidents, or health conditions caused by environmental factors or improper care.
5. Exchange Option
If a kitten is found to have a serious health issue that qualifies under the terms of this guarantee, we will work with you to  replace the kitten with one of equal value. Please note that the kitten must be returned in good condition.
6. Post-Adoption Support
We are here to support you even after you take your kitten home. Should you have any health-related questions or concerns, feel free to contact us, and we will be happy to assist with guidance or advice.
